hey all ... i have a tdr pro 125 and it does not want to start..... there first was a problem when i rode to my mates house and it was coughing and spluttering and kept dieing..... i have taken the carby off,,, cleaned it,cleaned the jets, checked for spark, cleaned air filter, made sure fuel was getting through to carby and still no go? any ideas?

do your valve clearance
make sure your tank breather isnt blocked
make sure the wiring harness's earths are in good condition and are touching bare metal..
try a cdi unit that is tested perfect on another bike, same goes for the carby.
these carbies(guessing you still have the china one fitted) while they seem to be doing all the correct things just stop playing nice for no apparent reason.

what colour spark does it have

hey just a thought, very simple, but happened to me;
check the fuel line to the carby. it can come with a very bad root and starve the engine of fuel.
