Hey guys, may seem like a silly question but just wanting to know what the best oil is for me to use for my 140cc lifan engine. Thanks. :)

Numroe uses the rimula x diesel oil in everything from his mower to his bike and he swears by it. I am yet to try it but i will be giving it a go. Otherwise I use any cheap 20w50 mineral oil.

yeh im with i_thump...these chinese engtines arent picky...

OFF TOPIC

crazzy what bike you ride?

why is everyone asking me what i ride!

okay, so ill repeat myself again, no bike atm but i do have plans on getting a MSO SR i a couple off weeks time... primarily because money does not grow off tree's

Im alittle worryed about the diesel oil idea.....ive heard of people using it in there car and destroying the motor in a mater of Ks

Diesel oil is full of detergents to prevent carbon deposits building up in the engine. Diesel engines are grimy horrible things. I wouldn't expect that it works to well with motorcycle clutches either.
Stick with bike oils I'd say. I use the thinnest stuff I can find, usually a 10w40.

I use diesel oil in my bikes.....works excellent!! does wonders with your clutch, no sticking whatsoever
