ive jus bought my new thumpstar and was riding fine until 1 ov my siblings was messing with the air/fuel mixture screw, now its backfiring at high revvs in evri gear. how can i prevent this and get my bike running back to its usual self

stil not had any luck on finding the tuning for it

will i be better jus playing with it until i find the correct setting or will this affect my bike
