how is it jammed?? as in when you pull the throttle it wont move??
 
try some lube or maybe posting up pics so we can see what the problem is,
it could also be the cable and replaceing it will fix the problem or the throttle housing.
 
i stacked yesterday and now when i start the bike its reving fully
 
It just gets snagged just loosen the screws on th throttle housing and it'll snap right back.
