tighting up my forks

um... how do i tighten up my forks because im goin to mudgee yay and there is a big track there so how do i tighten them up??

Otherwise post a pic aswell because some forks cant be worked on and others have lots of different tuneing options

usually there is some bolts on the tripple trees, if you tighten them (put some loctite on em so they hold) that will stop them from moving about
