It's blue with a red stripe on a Lifan 125cc engine with a little thing on the end? Brand new engine
 
Blue with red hey, could be a lighting wire maybe if it's not in use?

As Sean said, pic would definatley help.

thanks, someone about my choke? ive forgotten which is start position and run..
 
easy way to tell , take filter off look inside carb lift leaver up or down , when flap is shut its choked , when open its not , pretty simple ,, bike only need choke when first start up , when in use for the day it shouldnt need to be choked ,

bye the looks of it its open , push leaver down to choke on that carb i think , but do above to be shure
