Scheduled for the 24th May..
Race duration will one and a half hours..
Ladies and Jnr's welcome..
Two members per team..
Up to two bikes per team..
MINIMOTO - Chinese air cooled(CAGS) bikes only.. Std or Pro..
MINITARD - Up to 160cc, open modifications..
Teams can consist of Snr and Snr riders or Snr and Jnr riders or Jnr and Jnr riders..
There must be at least one rider change..
Each team will have a designated pit bay.. Rider change overs and mechanical work must be performed within the team's pit bay..
No outside assistance with mechanical work(except for Jnr's)..
The incoming rider must "tag" his/her partner before they can go out onto the racing circuit..
Pit lane speed limits and rider changeover's will be strictly enforced.. Any breaches will incur a 30sec "Stop-Go" penalty..
Nomination forms will be available at Rnd five and six..
Prices are $50/rider(Snr) and $35/rider(Jnr) if paid before the 17th May.. Prices after the 17th May will be $60/rider(Snr) and $45/rider(Jnr)..
All existing Lakeside rules and regulations apply..
Other activities will also be on the cards for the day.. They are yet to be finalized but may be along the lines of "Drag races" or "Super laps"(timed single laps,eg: riders will leave pit lane and do a citing lap, then perform a rolling start under full throttle and be timed for one "hot lap", much like the "Super pole" concept)..
