WA mini track

Hi im new to this site but would anyone in perth be interested in racing minis if i built a track?
The track would be located in Lancelin and on private property or in the bush.
I might try talk to the local council to see if its ok with them and make sure the ranger doesnt come and try shut us down. If any one wants to help would be much appreciated.
