Water in pipe

Hey my mate was cleaning his crf50 and got water in the exhaust and it isnot starting proply , he is gonna take it off and clean it out. So is this bad or what

more like he got water in the carby, the worst case when getting water in the exhaust is it will blow out when you start it... gotta get the water out of the system! clean the carby out, clean the air filter

So the water won't stuff it
