i didnt think it was geniune cause to me its a Ducar!!! but he kept saying its a jailing,

Looks like a genuine 04 thumpy with a couple of parts changed such as the swinger and the handle bars...

Plus the 04 thumpys have drum brakes.

And the engines used on the old thumpstars look like Honda engines just with GPX stamped on it.

Thumpstar uses GPX USA engines not Jailing, got a side on photo of it? I'd say its most likely fake/non-genuine.
