this is one of my DB killers, just made up with some scrap steel.
it just taps into the end of the muffler when needed, and can be wiggled/tapped out when out at tracks etc riding.
the slot along the outside of the tube allows it to compress a little, and hold's it into the muffler firm
the smaller pipe inside, is about 1/4 the size of the mufflers' outlet diameter

I do a similar thing in my backyard atleast once a week, if i made a video it would be called "what i do when i can't go out for a ride because i have kids and so do most of my mates". Good news is my daughter loves it, she's just turned 3 and has been sitting on the tank of my crf50 for about 18 months now. Usually i have had enough before she has and i have to turn off the fuel tap and pretend it's out of petrol to get her off it. Nothing like having your kid yell "higher daddy, higher" every lap because she wants me to pop a wheelie, going to build her up a fifty before christmas, she's been saying she wants a pink mow-da-bike for a long time now
