hey guys just a quick one as you all know i purchased this bike localy here in adelaide with no branding on it whats so ever ! I would like to know what model bike it is as it looks exactly the same as the 138 pitpro on ebay. It has 124 stamped on the head but i was not sure if pitpro did an oil cooled 125cc. it has a box alloy swingarm chromoly frame etc and oil cooler.

BSE are just run of the mill ebay bikes and MSO also sells them.

thanks for the replies guys its been a good bike so far :) are pitpro bikes made by bse because they look exactly the bloody same as well. i suppose there all made at the same factory and then distributed to different sellers

I'm sure he feels really good after you call his bike a run of the mill ebay bike. Didn't you have a problem with your run of the mill motovert almost as soon as you got it?

yeah doesnt sound to reasuring! but it looks just as strong as the pitpro bike that everyone creams over on here! i really dont get this hole scene as one person says it looks realy good then someone else says its a piece of **** oh well im happy but just would of liked to know what it is

All that matters is that you are happy with it and if it doesn't cause you grief then good onya.

I'm only being honest, and yes i did but it was not the bike itself but the engine which happens to be a GPX (the most reputable chinese motor around).

They offered to replace it straight away (service you don't get with a MSO or ebay special) but i decided to pay $450 and upgrade to the Outlaw which is money well spent.

Have you ever purchased anything from MSO? If you haven't then you shouldn't comment on things you know nothing about. I believe there is more than one person on here who will attest to the customer service offered by MSO (myself included). I would also say that your motovert isn't twice as good as my bike but with your upgraded motor it probably cost twice as much. But let me guess you got a really good deal right?

I know MSO are pretty good but i doubt they would've replaced the whole motor if there was a tiny tooth missing off the front shaft and I never said my bike is twice as good as yours or any other so I don't know where you came up with that.

All i'm saying is you shouldn't go making assumptions and you really shouldn't go calling someones pride and joy a run of the mill ebay bike. I'm sure if someone called your bike a heap of s**t then you wouldn't be overly impressed?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Many Honda owners would think my bike is a piece of **** because it isn't Honda, thats fine by me. I just know from personal experience that most bikes on ebay are trouble and I'm sure the hundreds of posts by people with ebay bikes that are broken is enough evidence to support my theory.

I have owned an ebay bike and had more than enough trouble with it, but I do believe ebay bikes are a good starting point and is introducing alot of people into the sport and making a lot of bike shops rich with all the broken down ebay's people bring in.

And i'm not making assumptions, i know for a fact.

i think any junk bought on ebay deserves to get payed out on. it would take alot of serious mods before its no longer run of the mill ebay poo cart

mods like replacing the forks, rearshock, frame, wheels, handlebars, controls, motor, tyres. after that im sure it could be a good bike, just replace the ****** stearin it

put it this way, if u like ur bike and it dunznt give u hell its a great bike:D
mine duznt look as good as some of the bikes here (urs included) but i likes it all the same.
btw looks like u have a better than "run of the mill" frame anyway

thanks guys didnt wana fire everyone up! the only reason i asked was so i could at least tell someone if they ask what model i had as im new to the minibike seen and its my little pride and joy! ive ridden it every weekend for the last 5 weeks for 4 -5 hours at a time and thrashed the tits of it and the only trouble ive had was a snapped plastic from when i stacked it pretty hard, so id appreciate some of you not hanging **** on it after all i only bought as some good cheap fun! as for the above cooment the frame is supposedly chromemoly so it should be heaps sturdy and im very impressed with the tig welding on the swing arm etc and the engine starts nearly first kick everytime so im sure theres plenty of you so called hardcore mini bike riders out there that have spent 3 times as much as me and got something of no better quality! end rant
