Hello everyone!
I have a Pit bike with a 125cc Lifan engine in it right now. I am going to be purchasing a brand new Lifan engine for the bike real soon, and was wondering how big I can/should go?
Here is my bike as is.

How big can you go without worrying about rubbing or any other issues?
I am buying a "drop in" engine. I don't want to take it apart to add more cc's. Main purpose is for off road trail riding and Jumps. Any input would be greatly appreciated :)

most pit bike engines can interchange, so you could bolt in a Daytona 190cc into it.

but yeah, the Lifan 150cc would be the biggest Lifan you can go.
it need's an oil cooler kit, and a different clutch cable,
they usually come with everything needed for a conversion

I like the z160ho they seem to be a little more sturdy than a lifan! That will bolt straight in. Z155ho are the same. Plus you'll get a couple more hp than the lifans!

Lifan 150s like to crack the rh crankcase, which is a pain to fix and $70 for the parts....seen a few of them with cracks...I would personally try to stay away from the lifan 150s if you can help it!
