depends what bike you have, to me if you had a crf50 the ultima pipe would be better cause it sounds like they have put some time in designing it an has the extra bonus of a tune-able muffler
as for sound im not sure which would sound better cause i personally havnt heard them before but id guess they would both have a tuff 4banger sound thats for sure
