What should i do with an old rusted pocket bike i found?

I just found a 49cc pocket bike on the side of my street that someone was throwing out. Most of the metal on it has rusted and the bike wont start. it would need alot of work and new parts and probably a new engine to get it running again. i already have a pocket dirt bike and a pocket rocket. and im wondering what i should do with this one that ive found. any ideas? should i try and fix it up and sell it? or i heard somewhere that you can sell it to scrap yards or motorbike places. or should i just throw it out???

well most things are rusted so it isnt that safe.. and i only just noticed that part of the engine is missing... because i didnt have a propper look at it before. i dont think i should fix it up. id need to replace almost everything on it !
