First off, hello every one. I belong to a few car forums but this will be my first bike one.
I am very mechanically inclined. I've done just about anything to cars, however I am new to small engines apart from the ones I would tweak when landscaping :hmmm:.
Me and my buddy did landscaping over the summer which led to us buying a truck, once we had the truck we had to get some toys. We picked up two bikes as a package deal.
One is a mini dirt bike. The second is a bigger mini bike but road style. I will try to post some pictures a lil later.
Problem:
I can't get the mini dirt bike to run. This is because it had the wrong spark plug when we bought it. Like a dumb-ass I never checked it before trying to start it. After a few miserable fails I pulled the plug. The gap was inexistent. The electrode and the bridge were touching. So I re-gapped to .3 I believe and stuck it back in. Tried to re-start and nothing, pulled the plug and the bridge had flattened down again. Therefore this is the wrong plug. I have tried searching on the internet, but all I get is a bit of info on the bike, but nothing about what kind of plug.
I have been stuck on this for a few weeks and finally gave up and decided to post here hopping for some insight.
