the eyelet in my rear shock is ****** all the plastic that holds the middle metal thing that the bolt goes threw is pretty much gone so what do i do??

can i buy a replacement were from???

or do i just buy a new rear shock??? if so which is better the ones with the nitrogen canister or the one with out??

Hi Divy.Dont panic you can have another bush made by an Engine re-conditioner or engineering shop or anyone with a metal lathe .The bushing material you need is Teflon rod or Graphite impregnated Nylon. It can be bought from CBC or Plastic Suppliers. You will probably have to buy 100-200mm of it though !.If you are real lucky the Machine shop you use may even have some in stock.!!!

Cheers

i had a spare wheel spacer from my pocketbike an it fitted in there perfectly
even the middle hole were the bolt goes threw is the perfect size but even though now its all steal will that be okay???

yeh man there **** shocks anyway man shouldnt be a prob

great excuse to buy a fastace shock... wonder if those $70 ones on ebay are any good?

well im gonna buy a fastace rear shock but which one is better?
the one with or with out the nitrogen canister???

i just made a post on this too :p

im probably gonna go for the one with the nitrogen reservoir purely for looks, seeing as my stocky has a ressy any way. aparently the one with ressy is definately better, but they go for 149+15 postage ("buy now") from dhz... where you can get one thats almost the same but without the ressy for about 89+15 from dhz

oh yeah cool so there isnt a big difference in them just the price so my bike will be good with the one with out the resivour??

actually the one with ressy is definately a bit better, just bought one myself
