Hey,

I've been playing around with little 2-stroke 49cc's for a couple of months now, and after riding my mate's 140cc today, I've decided I'd like to upgrade :)

I'm after something in the 125cc range, and I'm willing to spend about $600 including postage. I want something with decent hp and acceleration, so top-end speed isn't really a priority.

I'm about 5"7 if that helps :p

Cheers,
Jono

thats right people he rode my bike today. the pit pro. As i dont know much about the new engines in pit pros i can help him a bit. surely there is some people on here that can shed some light on the subject. im not sure on what brand hes after wetha its pit pro or not. we have a video ill post the link to later on tonight :)

Well, I've been reading the reviews and so far it seems that if you want a good bike, you have to spend a lot. And pitpros are only $550 and are getting pretty bad reviews.

well screw the reviews go talk to your mate has he had ne problems with his talk to him bout his bike ;)

You get what you pay for so considering a decent pushbike costs as much as a Pitpro you would not expect glowing reviews. Does this mean you shouldnt by a pit pro............no it dosent............It would be the same as buying a $150 dual suspension pushbike from big W. It is going to get you from A to B but wont do it as nicely as a $750 one from a bike shop and would get bad reviews.

The Pit pro is one of the better bikes in this price range.

Okay I think I have an idea now. Well Peter's bike sounds like it's pretty good quality to me. He says that it has no problems on it's own, although it breaks pretty easy when he stacks it (although he does push it extremely hard and do some stupid things :p )

Here's me having my first decent ride on it today: YouTube - Pit Pro In Action: Jono's ride

Good fun :)

Cheers.
