My rear shock has started to crack and am wondering what type to get. The eye to eye is 26cm but i have seen those standards shocks which are 29cm....will this 3cm still be able to work on my bike or will it raise it to much. Or am i better off getting a 26cm nitrogen one???
Cheers

probly raise it a fair bit that 3 cm i have seen shocks on fleebay 270mm and 280mm id go for that size that way you get a bit of lift with the new shock

my 2 cent anyways

does it matter that the shock has no brand lol?

are they crap or something

Just run it, all you want is for it to go up and down man, we are talking mini bikes here they are cheap and all we do is thrash the hell out of them, all the china parts cost next to nothing so bang it on and destroy it.:p

lol true but my current shock is rooted.

let me clarrify something.

with no valve and cap and gas in the shock, is it dangerous to ride?

could anything happen?

i just dont want to spend more money to get another one.

by the way it still rebounds back but its preety hard. thanks

The gas helps keep the shock cool and the oil lubricates it and provides damping ........ with no oil in it ..... the shock will eventually seize and the shaft could potentially snap ...... forming an anal probe or possibly turning you into a HE-BE-SHE-BE SOPRANO ............. :p
