Was riding down the local club on Saturday and noticed after a few laps the rear tyre felt a bit wierd cornering. Pulled into the pits and discovered that the sidewalls of my rear tyre had these strange looking lumps & bulges in them. Looked like the stuff that gives the tyre it's structural stability has **** itself. Two more laps & I had a flat tyre :( I need a replacement tyre & it seems that Kenda tyres are the way to go - what does everyone think?

Every one buys Kenda, but I allways buy Bridgestone, a bridgestone rear, for me, lasts a good 4 to 6 months and I ride everyday!

Seems Kenda are the most popular - I just don't want some wanky brand that everyone goes for cos its cool - how much for a Bridgestone tyre Flarry?

I have a Bridgestone rear and a Dunlop front on my RM  Kenda are a lot cheaper they are decent tyre's they just wear quicker then the better brands.

also have a look at some of the MAXXIS tyres, I have 1 on the back of 1 of my bikes, 8 months on, and I haven't been able to find a fault with it as yet, and it has done some work.
