white smoke

hi there guys.. can people please give me an indication what white smoke means from the exhaust ??

my mates bike had a bit of it yesterday while riding around?

It will most probably be oil, chances are rings are ******. Mine started blowing smoke a few weeks ago and I just left it and before too long oil started pissing out my exhaust. Good excuse for an upgrade
