Yamaha or Honda

Hey guys,
i am after a 125 2 stroke.. between 2000-2003 model.
i have 2 bikes to choose from that i have set up.
a Yamaha Yz125 2002 model. goes fine.
or a Honda cr125 2003 model. this has been raced by my mate 2 times. hes has only ever riden it 5 times in the past 8 months. from 2 broken wrists.

Whats your thoughts? which one is better?

Both are fine motorsicles, you should test ride them both & see which one you feel more comfy on

I like the Yami YZ125, but i would get the honda anyday.

Honda 125s have shit slow motors (98-08) But the cr will have slightly better handling and suspension. The yz125 has a pretty strong motor. I would just ride both of them and see what you like better.

the yz is massive and loud but the honda is good and reliable honda honda

thanks guys...
i know these things need top end rebuilds.
i just dont wanna have to do major stuff like a new bottom end or gearbox...
reckon the honda will need it soon?
