Hi all,

Well I done the starter gears and the clutch basket gears on my PitsterPro YX160, Order new gears and clutch unit, just replaced it all and when I put it all back together the rear wheel is locking up in neutral?? The tighter I do the clutch basket nut up the harder it's is to spin the rear wheel once I loosened the nut the wheel was free to move again?? Was spinning freely before I replaced everything and the clutch basket nut was that tight had to use rattle gun to remove it when I pulle it apart, it's probaly somthing simple as haha
Anyway if anyone has any ideas as to why it's doing this you help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Les

"it's probaly somthing simple as haha" yeah it will be a spacer or something like that :p

yep same happened to me first time i did my 155z clutch. as the guys said just a case of a shim in the wrong spot..
