my tdr pro 125 has rear brakes but no brake lever / pedal, and the front brakes need a top up and bleeding, pull the lever on hard and it slows you down .. eventually, that said I still ride it as fast as it can currently go 60kmh at a guess. And the rear shocky bounces like a pogo stick too...

Carby was gummed up and some tubes were blocked with dirt and rubbish, it was soaked in petrol then carby was thoroughly cleaned out, air blasted.Made sure it was totally cleaned out before reassembling. Ahh just found something while googling closeups of the carb, what is the screw at the...

Hi Craig, I have that carby on my TDR-PRO 125, has a Ducar engine. There doesn't seem to be much adjustment, the screw is pretty much screwed all the way in, but small 1 degree turns makes a hell of a difference as you describe above. It hesitates from 1/2 to 3/4 throttle then when wide open...

Hey! What is the common chain size for the 125cc pitty's? Need to buy one (have old one given to me ;) ) for my tdr pro. Have 1 on my yamoto but its too short to fit the tdr. cheers

Its a 2 smoke! Looks similar to a chinese dirt bike i got for my kids a while ago. Engine and gearbox is similar but that front wheel looks like the wheels on my kids 50cc quad bike.

Good work! my yamoto 125 had a key ignition standard. i just unpluged it (plugs into the cdi unit) and took it off. a key ignition wont stop someone pulling the clutch in and or finding neutral and pushing it away. A chain and or disc lock will slow them down.
