torque torque torque... much like bragging about the power of a rotary... heaps of power, no torque. great at moving an rx3 real quick but in something like a HQ? wouldnt move. torque is turning force...power is how often that force is applied per minute. so low revs, hi torque can achieve...

the nut on the outside is, as stated, an adjustment screw. inside the engine, this pushes on a swashplate that presses upon the clutch. this is in replacement of the usual cable operated lever... when you press the gear shifter, the movement is transfered to the swashplate on the clutch...

um...more to the point...clutch lever at front= start in neutral... a prick at times, having to find neutrals that like hiding... clutch lever at top= start in gear, just pull the clutch in and kick :D much nicer if you drop it/stall it and are in a bad position... or a race...
