help with pocket bike

when im holding my 49cc pocket bike flat it slows up after a wile and gets a bit ruff..it speeds up and slows down..and speeds up and slows down.. but give her a break and shes fine .why does this happen?

float level/fuel level. or restrictive fuel filter....

getting too much air, tighten head bolts, carbi manifold, carbi and see how it goes.

Could be a few things, id check all bolts and pipes. Clean carb and air filter. Change fuel. Try again
