I had another look last night and still can work out how the sprag clutch goes on the end of the cam for the anti kick back, I need photos. cheers

Hey I had my regrinded and they removed the bearings, washers and some springs. Just wondering if someone has a diagram of how it goes back together? also a diagram of how the cam and rocker gear sits in the head would be nice too. Its a 125cc loncin. Because iv got a I.R.K i have no timing...

Do you know what a tappet is? If you do then you would realise that the cam chain has nothing to do with the tappets. Have you checked your tappet clearances yet? usually they will need adjusting after the bike is run in. I highly doubt you have an oil pressure problem, i would keep riding it...

When you are checking the plug for spark are you earthing out the plug? eg(holding the plug up against a metalic non painted surface of the engine?)

I just had a quick look at my loncin head and as far as i can see lubrication to the head goes as followed (correct me if im wrong)---- Up around the two head studs (there is about 1/2 a mm clearance between the stud and the stud hole) to the rocker arm shafts and comes out a hole in the rocker...
