changes the port timing, from memory adding would retard the port timing which raises the torque curve..... could be other way round tho lol but yes you really need to shave the head or barrel to bring the comp back up....

40:1 or even 50:1 will suit bush riding for someone NOT flogging the hell out of it 32:1 is a safe mix.. plenty of lube... as for engine life... its a 2 stroke.. if you want it to last dont ride it lol... but more importantly its a secondhand bike so theres no telling on what life its had...

any reason your not buying new items? secondhand items is a waste piston kit 52.5mm Piston Kit, 13mm Piston Pin, Lifan 110cc Engine and what is wrong with your barrel??? but if you ring DHZ they will more than likely have a barrel... just be sure to compare the barrel against yours as there...

yeah sounds like its.. been a while since i fiddled with a TS, cant remember if there a slip in header or bolted.. either way pull it off and sus it out... but 2 strokes are usually bad for leaking exhaust oil from the header..

rear brakes chain guide would be good.. but yeah the prices outline above are on the money...

yep my opinion is the same, 2 strokes arent that great for trail riding... 2 strokes like to kill plugs while trail riding so unless you have a back pack full of them theres going to be a lot of pushing your bike home lol... go for a 250f

should be but get yrself a set of verniers and measure them.. or see if the pit pro site is nice enough to list sizes...

a good twin oil cooler setup will help engine temps... but yeah id just stick with the stock bearings, dont see too many posties stuck on the side of the road and they run near all day with fook all maintenance and ridden like they been stolen...

not good.. must be either wrong bearings or the ID of the c3's aren't the same... your looking for trouble if you run it like tht.. massive vibrations, engine will knock, you'll more than likely get piston and barrel wear
