update: Fixed the problem. New gear box and shift drum. Pain in the arse.. but its all working now.. shifts perfect.. STOKED

yeh i put a 800lbs spring on my bike.. had a 1000lbs in it.. it makes the shock work haha but yeh it awesome and im 70kg.

R.I.P I feel for him and his family. I never dealt with him but i gain some great info from him! My thoughts are with him.

i got a new gear box, shift drum and selectors the shift drum looks totally different? could it be an updated model? either that or Ken sent the wrong one.

yeh stock 140.. runs fine without it.

i run a lifan 140 with no oil cooler.. runs fine all day long.. i think it a bit of rubbish on a 140cc

ok so gear box and the shifter drum/selector forks. this totally sucks hahaha... it was just a pain in the ass to ride it any more. money i dont have lol.

no way im chucking it.. im not made of money. i respect my stuff. i have split the cases everything looks absolutely fine. but! the shifter drum and selector forks where stiff and machined poorly.. Pitbikekid will upload some a video of it tonight. What are your thoughts? i reckon it...

yeh its slid out easy as. ken reckons maybe the shifter drum.. but he said he couldnt really tell. i think is time to split the cases to.. so the head and everything comes off completely.. do i need to remove the other side of the motor?

ok guys.. got the clutch off and the gear shifter shaft and all the "outside" gearing components and they all seem fine.. any stabs as to what to do next??

ill be in on this if there is a group buy.
