i usually just poor petrol over my bike and set fire to it, it burns the sticker kit off, among other things, pretty quickly.

if its been limited then you could remove the limiter, but im not sure what kind of limiter it would have. it looks like the same engines from crf50's (but you should double check) id thats the case then you could put an 88kit in it etc

i've had rockstar, monster and i think high roller? high roller is pretty nice, tastes a bit like marsh mellows. i voted for monster though, i had the blue low carb one and it tasted really good - like sherbert :) i fell asleep about an hour later though so i cant say it has much of a kick..

if your just doing it for fun i'd go with arc welding. arc is good for thicker stuff but on thin metal its quite hard i've found. depends what rods + welder you've got though. if you plan on doing thinner metal you'd be best off to get a mig, but you know the old saying - good stuff aint...
