i was chatting to my mate who specializes in alloy welding he said oven the head to about 180 and he said try a certaion gas mixture wich welds smoother cant remeber what it was though lol . it will be fun i will up load pics as i go asweall

hey ive had the same drama with a head is it very hard to get it all machined back once it is welded as im a welder by trade just not so savvy on the machining side of it cheers
