Fuel isnt your issue. It will be wiring related. Spark or coil/magneto. Does it chug at full revs in second or 1st. Other wise check for a rubbing wire or loose connection

Tips & Tricks for removing Tight, Tired Tyre's I do my own. Just did it 2 weeks ago. Took about 20 mins to do front and rear. But ive been changing mx tyres since i was 11. Used flat blade screw drivers aswell, and a bit of detergent around the bead and its piss easy
