    Wiring issues for z160

Dubn give me a few hours, I've converted a 125z to 160ho, the wiring will be the same. I'll see which wires go where, and draw up a basic diagram to go with your pics... I'd say you'll need to use some of your old 140 loom... Had to do the same when I wired the miniblitz fir an ork..,

RevMX TTR175 Vs Ciniworx CXZ175 Comparison

ha ha, yeah that was kinda done tongue in cheek woggy.... Suspension is easy to tune once you get your head around what adjustment effects what movement, and how different hieghts and weights of oil effects the performance of the forks.... Hmm. should probably think about doing a brief...

    oko 28mm carb

no, the 28mm is the only one to run this extra air port. On the 28mm it needs to be blocked off, as the bike basically wont run properly with it left open. It's just an extra air port, i'm guessing for a bike that requires such a port.... Some two strokes use them as a means of oil induction...

RevMX TTR175 Vs Ciniworx CXZ175 Comparison

Travis i think you may be a little confused over the componentry of the rear shock... The big nut on the shock body itself, on top of the spring, is the preload collar... The two adjusting hex or allen key screws at the top of the remote reservoir are your hi and lo speed compression adjusters...

oko 26 carby on lifan 150

hmm, this is a weird one... have rejetted quite a few lifan 150's recently running OKO 26's, they've all been perfect with a 36 pilot, and a 96 mainjet.... seems odd your's is coughing up top.... Have you done the valve clearances, or checked them lately? I had similar problems last weekend...

    z160 Fresh off the boat

you might find you'll be better off with a 38 or 40 pilot.... 36 is a bit lean... at least i found it to be... PBK is spot on with the valve clearances, and the oil, but you'll probably find you will need to find a different set of oil cooler lines... The 160HO have the cooler lines in a...

    GPX forks

woggy if they're handling well, but bottoming out, then raise the oil height... then adjust with clickers... If they're falling through the stroke, THEN use stiffer oil.... but if they handle well, but bottom out on heavy hits, just raise the oil height...

    Atomic bigfoot help

China rider the manifold you got with your kit is more than likely to suit a CRF style head... which isnt featured on your YX motor... Pit DRugz if you speak to Ken directly, you may be able to order the kit with the correct manifold.... However, it's not actually necessary, as your bike will...

    engine, petrol?

may pay to pull the clutch cover off, and see if there is any rust or corrosion... Petrol is a solvent, and will clean all traces of lubricant from the engine, if enough fuel was poured through it.... re-oil the engine, drain then re-oil if need be, then try starting it.... Dont do this with...

RevMX TTR175 Vs Ciniworx CXZ175 Comparison

PBK there was a very brief bit of fillum of Ando running into a corner, but that was about it. My bike was battling engine issues til late afternoon, owing to some idiot setting the valve clearances at 3.0mm, and wasnt running on song until late in the day, and one of the other bikes had chain...

    New Member Hows it goin?

Hey Ozzypatrol, i'm the owner of the miniblitz in the thread Motorman linked above... Having ridden the Miniblitz, the Atomik reign and the Pitpro 160 bigfoot, which incidentally is practically identical to the Atomik Reign, personally, i'd steer away from either the Atomik or the Pitpro...

RevMX TTR175 Vs Ciniworx CXZ175 Comparison

Lol, i was waiting for a china hater to raise their voice... :P Agreed Coolee, i'd love to see a four-way comparison... Cini Vs Revmx Vs Pitster Vs the "other linkage bike" that shall not be named.... Like you said, would be good to see whether price = performance, or if it's just quality...

RevMX TTR175 Vs Ciniworx CXZ175 Comparison

Lol my turn to reply... heh heh... 1: No, i didnt mention the adjustable triples on both bikes. I will now mention both bikes run adjustable triples. The Revmx triples have more adjustability than the Cini (bars can go slightly further forwards, and the revmx triples have a greater...

RevMX TTR175 Vs Ciniworx CXZ175 Comparison

actually, if there was an obvious "better" bike, it would have been published... Keep in mine i dont actually work for Revmx... So i have no vested interest... I'm sure had the Cini been the better bike, and i'd stated as much, Russ would have taken it on board, and improved the next model...
