Lols, thanks for the comment..... Anyways I dont really know what you mean by the adjustment cover? At this stage it looks like I'm going to have to rip everything apart and see if I cant spot something which doesnt quite look right. The clutch still has plenty of grip left, not slipping...

I'm not too sure of the make of the bike but its got a Lifan engine. The usual Neutral/1 Down/3 Up gearbox. If need be I'll upload some photos tomorrow.
