It should fit, only difference is rod length between the 150 and 160, i would assume the head off older models fit, they mainly upgraded them bottom end over the different models. Tb head would open your motor up a whole lot more though, stock heads flow pretty poorly Sent from my SM-T110 using...

Did you put new piston and rings in? Sounds like all the compression is leaking past the rings into the case. These engines don't have much compression even in good nick, you can usually start em by pushing on the kicker by hand lol Sent from my ALCATEL_4034A using Tapatalk

I would be looking at a mbfactory crank if you want the bbk, blokes have done cranks on stock 190s, so add the bbk and hi flowing 4v head and extra compression is a recipe for blown crank imo Sent from my ALCATEL_4034A using Tapatalk

Well i thought i had sorted the issues out with the bottom end, but apparently not. Bike sat at the exhaust shop for a month, finally got the exhaust sorted and now i have to strip the bike again, send it away to sort out the gearbox and try again. Will post a start up when i get it all back...
