It's hard to find TDC and bottom (which I used to adjust the valves) without that cover off. What torque setting are most bikes? I don't have the manual

Got a couple of the the cam and rocker arms with the adjusting nut. As you can see I managed to bust the gasket while I was at it. Used locktite gasket seal while the new one comes
