    First of all: Loose that carb...they are POS Second : Get a Keihin PE or PWK 28 Third: Go to the BBR Website and check about the jetting of this carb :thumbup:

    Rev Limiter

    Mini ignition do not have limiters...specially not the ***** ones! What you experience is known as "Valve float" ...get some stronger Valve springs and you can rev it it a bit further.
