good post here thats what i was after as well. on my pitpro140 (mikuni30mm (26mm) or whatever that screw is a fair mission to get to especially if its running hot. what u guys using to turn the screw?

cass38a thanks for your reply. yeh i warm up the bike just sit it on idle, then cruise around low rpm in 1st for a bit. then when i let the choke off it dies still. even if i keep the throttle revving and let the choke off it still burp burp... then dies. :) yeh i took the filter off to see...

hey fellas thanks for the replies. had a play with the screw underneath the carbi and it didnt do much. i also forgot to mention that i been running it in on the middle choke because when the choke is off the bike does not even idle. ..keeping in mind that the bike is pretty much brand new and...

sorry to bring this up again. just 2 quick questions 1- having trouble getting at the screw any suggestions for tools? 2- which way would i turn the screw to run it richer. its just the stock carb off my pitpro140xr. i know there should be no real probs, its pretty much a brand new bike so...

hey guys just wondering whats the best tool to get at that screw. bought those right angled flat/phillips head doubled ended things but they were too big. tried using one of those smaller flathead drivers but was on a weird angle. what u guys use? and also anyone know which turn does what...

.....its just a stock bike and pretty much brand new so i didnt think i would have to change anything to rev it out in each gear. im considering taking it to a moto joint but just thought id check on here first....still searching the threads :)
