ye it is because all the 2009 model ones have that engine and not the Lifan engine in the 2008 models

ive owned 2 dhz outlaws and the only thing they Had lifan 1p55fmj engines now they run cheaper lesser qaulity zonger engines and the bike sells for like 300 more
