110 to 125

I have a Lifan 110cc and want put a 125cc cylinder and piston and rings in it to make it faster
The question is do I have to change the head to 2 a 125cc head or can I keep the 110 head and the 110 cam

just looking for a fast motor i have a kc 110 and my buddy has a ssr 125 and blows my doors off and has way more power than mine and tourqe please help

Different stud pattern and cylinder length. Get a bigger engine, or a TB 54mm 114cc kit. Added compression, alloy cylinder, extra cc's will beat his 125 stocker.
