What timing.. the cam timing? cam timing pull the cam cover off and the left side cover and put the flywheel on the t mark (align it with the mark up top) and then make the cam on the bottom of the lobes (with the most free movement (before you install it) and line ut up with the marks.
if ignition timing you need a different stator plate and your wasting your time imo there is little gains to be had
if its running rough its for another reason.
Hey guys thanks for the help got that sorted, one other question, on the head off the 155z you have the 4 nuts that bolt to the studs, to the left you have a bolt with a brass washer on next to the brassoil line does any1 know what is behind that bolt? Thanks again for the help guys

Are you asking whats behind the banjo bolt (for the oil line) another copper washer as there should be on either side
