yeah was an awesome event as usual, thanks heaps to southside. the guys kept their heads up event though the rain scared the spectators off.
Our sport needs events like this!
Was awesome racing and the braaap loved the water, our twin spar frame kept the air filter away from the water and the bike running sweet!
3 wins and the overall Win in the 12" Pro class was icing on the cake for us:)

Well done for for winning what we've heard was a wet & very testing race meet. As far as events like Franga yeah there should be more events like that, But they need to be run by the crew within the mini industy and not guys who are in it to take coin away from the industry...................;)

Hey Chris, we are giving the bike a clean up after the race and will put it on our dyno later in the week and will keep you posted with the HP

Im sorry mate, but if we dont run these events, who will?

As for taking money away from the Industry, i dont think you realize how much the event cost to put on. In the last four years of running these events our bank balance hasnt grown at all and after Frankston with the wet weather it actually dropped to a minus.

I think you should really do some research into Event Management and Event Costs before you make statements like this.

cheers,

Mick

Hey sydney hater, just a question, were you at the Frankston event? Arent you in the "mini industry"? You know its ppl like you who dont turn up that would make running events really difficult. Maybe you should put your "coin" to good use and make an appearance at Shepparton just to see how much work actually goes into one of these events before you say that the "money is taken out of the industry! " As far as I can see the ppl from Southside are firmly in the industry.
