Hey, i have a xmoto 250cc toy bike :p

Its suffering from a pretty cool tick comeing from the head, It originaly didnt do it so im thinking it may be the rocker arm or the like, But if any one has any other idea's please tell me.

I would like to know the gap and the torq settings for the whole cam and rocker arm assembly so when i open it up i can pull it down and check it and put it back together and hopefully fix this problem.

I just dont want to ride it untill i make this noise go bye bye.

sory there wasnt any usefull info there, im looking for a service manual or just the gap and torq specs

try the hummer 250 thread. Rodbox has some GREAT knowledge in that thread it should be a sticky at the top of the tech section I think...

yes i did, either ive missed it or it isnt there.

.005 gap as standard and torque? um...tight? but not snapping tight or rattling loose tight? sounds better than chasing a nonexistant chinese engine manual... just doing it....

wed all be better mechanics if we used our heads and not our keyboards....

Thanks, the reason i was asking is because i didnt know what the standard gap was, ive riped down plently of bike engines, both 2 and 4 stroke, but i have never touched the head on one yet, lol the closest to the head ive been to one is the timeing chain. ( 4 stroke that is )

I just didnt want to gap it wrong and have the thing destroy its self.
