to be honest those bikes look pretty average for china bikes

i dont think much of the aftermarket stuff fits the china bikes... could be wrong tho

probably better to buy a slightly better pit bike to begin with than to buy the cheapest one you can and then modify it

Man if those prices are in USD i am glad I live in Australia, I can get freight for $150 aussi dollars for 1000 klms. The price for the bike seems fair compared to aussie prices. That particular engine looks like a base model Lifan with the clutch on the crank. If you can find a start in any gear model (the clutch goes in the top of the case not the front) it is eaiser to hot up to get a few more ponies. Also a all up gear pattern is probably a bit better but you will probably need to find another 150 to 250USD to get these features.

The rest of the bike looks pretty sweet, a bit like a MSOx6r.

geez 96 sounds like a good bike. You've had to fix all that stuff and you're still raving about that bike. And its held together with zip ties. Ha ha ha ha you guys make me laugh soooooo much. Owning a mini is about riding not working on it all day. funny.
