Hey man, most people will tell you that the performance CDI doesn't really do anything (some people disagree) so if you wanted to save some extra $$ you can probably take that off your list.

This is the most common throttle I've seen so I'd probably go with that:
Throttle Roller Assembly

I can't help you on the cable length though - what bike do you have? What motor and carby?
 
Performance cdi makes a difference for sure. Im 110kg and when i put my dr.d system on it really seemed to bog down when i changed up to 2nd. The performance cdi changed that dramaticaly. Definately feels quicker.

I Have An SSR 125sr With A 22mm Performance Mikuni Carb(Not The Copy) With A Stock Motor...Would This Help?
