Atomik 50cc idling help

Hi my my atomic 50cc will either not idle or when I turn the idle screw just enough it will idle really high.. I've cleaned the carb numerous times and thoroughly cleaned both the main and the pilot jet, I have the mixture screw roughly set a 2 turns out but can't pin point it because my bike won't idle..any help is welcome thx

Well I bought a wiring harness and a stator off eBay which I thought could be the problem because apparently they don't give out enough voltage or something like that, if that's the problem can someone link me to a stator with 6 coils and also a harness... by the way I'm from Australia

Its possible you have a air leak, try and get a constant idle/rev and spray some crc/wd40 around the manifold ends.

Also is you have a multimeter you could test the stator, it seems unlikely but not impossible that it could be the issue. There is a thread on here that will show you how to test it if your unsure.

I would also check the valve clearances too.
