Atomik dirt bike refreash

Hi Guys, I was at the local tip today when I found a Atomik 125 cc bike in great Knick, dumped, so I grabbed it. Got it home and it wouldn't start so pulled the head off and found that the valves aren't seating and there was a lack of compression and that the head had a lot carbon build up on it. It's a nice bike that I want to get running for my 11yo daughter. I found a head on eBay but its for a Lifan and the guy doesn't know if it will fit this ducar engined bike. Any advice? On the bore section it's got 124cm3 does this mean 125. Thanks for any help you guys, cheers!

yeah mate, the 124 means 125 they pretty much just round it out for the name
