hi guys
on my atomik nitrous 150 i have taken all the stuff out of the exhaust and also i pulled the whole exhaust system off and grinded out all the big bits of welding to make more air flow. it sounds alright but my friend has a 160 and it sounds better then mine but my bike can still keep up with his because of this mod

may aswell pull the head off, grind it all out a fair bit..
also replace your pipe with a fresh gasket

do a bit of intake and exhaust manifold port matching, bigger bore exhaust system and it should shound mean

Also put a nasty nasty high lift cam in there and it sounds nice

shouldn't the Nitrous 150 already have the 32mm pipe? with the Pro Circuit copy muffler that has a 39mm inlet.
but yeah, head porting would help it a bit, and an Akunar A7 and h/duty springs, and retainers
http://www.akunar.com/

maybe a gearing change too, lower/higher ?

I'm not too sure to be honest, haven't played around much with t the nitrous's maybe they do, just assumed being atomik,

my Atomik Fuse was originally a 125, and has a 32mm exhaust with a 39mm inlet on the muffler too.

ahk nice, edit from originall post then,

exhaust should be fine, bit of port work and it shouold shound nice

i got a 160ho with a oko26 carbi, how do you do port work on the manifold?

dremel will do it, or a die griinder or if your really keen sandpaper and a decent ammount of time

Ill just sand paper but ive seen in a thread that if its to smooth or something it isnt good?

80 grit scratches will be fine on the intake side,
use some 3M or Norton freecut paper.

i made up my own mandrel to use with it.
it is just a 3 " long piece of 1/4" rod, with a 25mm long, 1mm thick slot cut in the end, round the end with the slot, deburr the edges etc
bunnings etc sell the 1mm thick cutting discs for your angle grinder cheap enough

you double/tripple up your sandpaper and slip it in, then put the rod into your electric/cordless drill,
wrap the paper tight, it will tighten and hold itself together in the manifolds' port as the rod spins,
slip it into your manifold then away you go.

the exhaust side will benefit from polishing with finer paper, then wet & dry, then polish for a mirror finish.

sorry about the blurry pics,

exhaust can be smooth and mirror like but the intake you want scratched up a bit

you would be amazed at how much meat is there when you take em towards the combustion chamber quite a bit (and enlargening the otherside and thinking of flow in mind) you can also get alot of flow just smoothing out the valve guides but keeping the shape (kinda)
