battery goes flat overnight

go to any autoparts or hardware store and buy a mid range one (you get what you pay for)
follow the instructions on the pack on how to use it
(1) Test the volts in the battery disconnected
(2) Test the volts with battery connected and running
(3) Test the volts in the battery after its been running for a while and using no other power like lights
(4) Post youre results and we will go from there
