I havn't heard to many people rave about them, but in the same boat i havn't heard bad things either? Maybe next time.

There's a reason why AMA run dunlop's :)

I have tried all of the above except the washoguls and man the dunlops absolutely kill them

Next would be the pirelli's. Your money though.

Was starting to wonder where all the Michellin fanbois were? LOL Gotta say i lov my Pilots on my Roadie, stick like s-hit to a blanket :)

Yeah mate, honestly they have been the best wearing tyre I've had. Where I ride is mainly real hard packed and the little track around my work shop is part concrete and we all know how quick these smaller tyres wear on tar and concrete. Easily top of the bunch, stay away from carlsbads as they are the worst I've had.

i have seen the knobs come off of the Carlsbads,
but i have a good used one here that is still ok, and is going onto my bike in the next few days

Feck, but i just ordered one.... Funny cause i used to hear good things about Carlsbads. I dunno now...

Well I got a new mx52 from the bike shop for all of $49....couldnt wait. Then there is a mx52 on the spare back wheel, both will be getting ridden this weekend at Morgan, I have a kenda carlsbad on the front...so I'll give you a report of how they go in the sandy stuff up at Morgan. Apparently the dunlop MX52's are pretty tough and wear well over time!
